Each Rafael Osona Auctions sale is conducted under the terms announced with that auction. By registering to bid, in person or online, you accept those terms together with the general conditions below.

Bidding

Lots are sold as is, where is, with no warranties expressed or implied. Inspect during the preview; photographs and descriptions are a guide.
The auctioneer’s decision on any dispute is final. Buyer’s premium, sales tax, payment and removal terms are stated with each auction.

Payment and pick-up

Invoices are due on sale day or when the online sale closes. Pick-up times are announced with each auction; packing, shipping and hauling are the buyer’s responsibility.

Payment

Buyers are expected to pay the full amount due, comprising the hammer price, the buyer’s premium and any applicable sales tax, the day of the auction. Purchased lots may be paid for by check, bank check, cash or wire transfer with proper identification.
